Terms of Service

1. Services

VettedAppointments provides AI-powered appointment-setting services, including prospect research, outreach automation, lead qualification, and meeting scheduling ("Services"). Services are delivered on a monthly retainer basis as described on our pricing page.

2. Service Agreement

By purchasing our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business, ideal client profile, and offer
  • Attend the onboarding call within 7 days of purchase
  • Respond to communications within 48 business hours
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

3. Meeting Guarantee

Each plan includes a guaranteed minimum number of qualified meetings per month. If we do not meet the guaranteed count in any billing period, we will extend your service at no additional charge until the guarantee is fulfilled. This is our sole obligation under the guarantee.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed via PayPal in USD
  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the same date each month
  • First payment is due before services begin
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 14 days' written notice. Upon cancellation:

  • Services continue until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for partial months
  • All active campaigns will be wound down professionally

6. Limitation of Liability

VettedAppointments provides appointment-setting services only. We do not guarantee that booked meetings will result in closed deals or revenue. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to client lists, business strategies, and pricing data.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kolkata, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
