Services
VettedAppointments provides AI-powered appointment-setting services, including prospect research, outreach automation, lead qualification, and meeting scheduling ("Services"). Services are delivered on a monthly retainer basis as described on our pricing page.
Service Agreement
By purchasing our Services, you agree to:
- →Provide accurate information about your business, ideal client profile, and offer
- →Attend the onboarding call within 7 days of purchase
- →Respond to communications within 48 business hours
- →Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
Meeting Guarantee
Each plan includes a guaranteed minimum number of qualified meetings per month. If we do not meet the guaranteed count in any billing period, we will extend your service at no additional charge until the guarantee is fulfilled. This is our sole obligation under the guarantee.
Payment Terms
- →All payments are processed via PayPal in USD
- →Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the same date each month
- →First payment is due before services begin
- →Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
Promotional Offers — Founding Client Discount
From time to time, VettedAppointments may offer limited promotional pricing to early clients ("Founding Client Offers"). The current offer provides the first 3 qualifying clients a 50% discount for their first 3 consecutive billing months on any Starter, Growth, or Premium subscription plan.
- →The 50% discount applies to months 1, 2, and 3 of your subscription only.
- →From month 4 onwards, the standard published rate for your chosen plan applies automatically.
- →The offer is strictly limited to the first 3 clients who complete payment and onboarding.
- →The promotional rate is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer.
- →VettedAppointments reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without prior notice to prospective clients.
- →Refunds on discounted months follow the same refund policy as standard pricing — see §06 below.
Refunds & Cancellation
Trial plan ($289): A full refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase. No refund is available after the 24-hour window.
Subscription plans: A full refund is available within 72 hours of your first payment if you are not satisfied. After 72 hours, payments are non-refundable on a prorated basis.
Setup fee: The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced.
To cancel your subscription, email us at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Services continue until the end of the current billing period. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
VettedAppointments provides appointment-setting services only. We do not guarantee that booked meetings will result in closed deals or revenue. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to client lists, business strategies, and pricing data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kolkata, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
