Services
VettedAppointments is an AI-powered outbound appointment setting agency. We provide comprehensive, done-for-you (DFY) outbound campaigns including prospect research, hyper-personalized outreach execution, lead qualification, and meeting scheduling ("Services"). Services are delivered on a monthly done-for-you retainer basis as described on our pricing page. VettedAppointments is a service provider, and our deliverables do not constitute a self-serve software platform license.
Service Agreement & Client Obligations
By purchasing our Services, you agree to:
- →Provide accurate information about your business, ideal client profile, and offer
- →Complete the onboarding questionnaire within 3 business days of purchase
- →Attend the onboarding call within 7 days of purchase
- →Provide calendar access (Calendly or equivalent) and maintain availability of ≥20 hours per week
- →Respond to campaign setup and sequence approval requests within 2 business days
- →Not use our services for any unlawful or deceptive purpose
Meeting Guarantee
Each plan includes a guaranteed minimum number of qualified meetings per month. If we do not meet the guaranteed count in any billing period, we will extend your service at no additional charge until the guarantee is fulfilled. This is our sole obligation under the guarantee.
Payment Terms
- →All payments are processed securely in USD via PayPal, Wise, or International Bank Wire (accepting both domestic and international payment methods)
- →Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the same date each month
- →First payment is due before services begin
- →Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
Promotional Offers — Founding Client Discount
From time to time, VettedAppointments may offer limited promotional pricing to early clients ("Founding Client Offers"). The current offer provides the first 3 qualifying clients a 50% discount for their first 3 consecutive billing months on any Starter, Growth, or Premium retainer plan.
- →The 50% discount applies to months 1, 2, and 3 of your subscription only.
- →From month 4 onwards, the standard published rate for your chosen plan applies automatically.
- →The offer is strictly limited to the first 3 clients who complete payment and onboarding.
- →The promotional rate is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer.
- →VettedAppointments reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without prior notice to prospective clients.
- →Refunds on discounted months follow the same refund policy as standard pricing — see §06 below.
Refunds & Cancellation
Retainer Plans (1-Month Service Agreement): All initial 1-month service agreements (Starter $899, Growth $2,199, and our Custom plan with tailored volume) include a 72-hour money-back window from the date of payment. If you cancel within 72 hours of your initial payment, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days — no questions asked. After 72 hours, payments are non-refundable.
Setup fee: The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced.
Since our services are delivered on a fixed 1-month initial retainer basis, there is no automatic subscription renewal. To extend services beyond the first month, clients must transition to a 3-month or 1-year signed service contract. Services continue until the end of the contracted term. Limitation of Liability
VettedAppointments provides appointment-setting services only. We do not guarantee that booked meetings will result in closed deals or revenue. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to client lists, business strategies, and pricing data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
