Our Refund Policy

Trial Plan — 24-Hour Cancellation Window

Our Trial plan ($289, one-time) includes a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. If you cancel within 24 hours of completing your payment, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days — no questions asked. To cancel, email official@vettedappointments.com with the subject line TRIAL CANCEL.

After the 24-hour window has elapsed, no refund is available on the Trial plan. The Trial period is designed to give you a risk-free opportunity to evaluate whether our system is the right fit before committing to a monthly subscription.

Subscription Plans (Starter, Growth, Premium)

All subscription plans (Starter $749/month, Growth $1,449/month, Premium $2,449/month) include a 72-hour satisfaction window from the date of your first payment. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service within the first 72 hours, contact us at official@vettedappointments.com and we will issue a full refund.

After 72 hours, subscription payments are non-refundable on a prorated basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at least 5 business days before your next billing date; you will not be charged again after cancellation.

There are no long-term contracts. You are never locked in beyond the current billing month.

Guaranteed Meeting Count — Our Commitment

Every plan includes a guaranteed minimum number of qualified sales meetings. If we do not deliver the guaranteed count within your billing cycle, we will extend your service at no additional charge until the guarantee is fulfilled. This extension is provided automatically — you do not need to request it.

A "qualified meeting" is defined as a scheduled call with a prospect who (1) matches the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) defined during onboarding, (2) has actively responded to and engaged with our outreach, and (3) has confirmed the meeting time directly. No-shows where the prospect provides no advance notice are replaced at no cost.

Setup Fee

The one-time $99 setup fee (charged on Starter, Growth, and Premium plans) covers account infrastructure, email domain configuration, CRM setup, and campaign strategy. This fee is non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced, as the work product is delivered immediately upon setup.

Promotional Pricing — Founding Client Discount

The founding client offer grants the first 3 eligible clients a 50% discount for their first 3 consecutive billing months on Starter, Growth, or Premium plans. The following refund rules apply specifically to this promotional offer:

• →Discounted monthly payments (months 1–3) are subject to the same 72-hour refund window as standard subscription pricing.
• →The transition from the discounted rate to the standard published rate at month 4 is not a basis for a refund or dispute.
• →Cancellation during the promotional period stops all future billing — no refund is owed for any completed billing month.
• →The promotional discount is non-transferable. If an account is cancelled during the discount period and re-opened, the promotional rate does not apply to the new account.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, send an email to official@vettedappointments.com with the subject line REFUND REQUEST and include:

• →Your full name and the email address used at checkout
• →Your plan name and purchase/subscription date
• →A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and resolve it within 5 business days.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and services. If you believe there has been an error with your payment, please email us and we will work to resolve it immediately.
